Shipping
Orders placed with My Country Home Decor will be delivered by standard UPS service in 7–10 days. If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
 
For faster shipping times, we also offer two expedited delivery options, Next Day UPS and 2nd  Business-Day UPS. Leave a comment on your order form that you would like to upgrade your shipping to either of these expedited services and we will contact you to confirm your upgrade. These delivery options are not available for personalized or custom items or for shipments outside the US.
 
Please note that it is possible to ship multiple items together to save on shipping. Please make note in comments on order form and we will get back to you on exact shipping charges.
 
 
 
 

Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, My Country Home Decor will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase at customerservice@mycountryhomedecor.com or at 1-907-523-4855  and inform us of the problem before returning an item.
Replacements are available for the same item or a comparably priced item.
Refunds are for 100% of the price of the item. You still pay for shipping to your location, but we arrange for and pay the cost of shipping back to us.
